RESEARCH COLLABORATION ON HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT IN POST-WAR UKRAINE

The Institute of Educational Analytics and Statistics at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (IEA), in cooperation with Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania) and 3s GmbH (Austria), is pleased to launch a discussion about future cooperation projects targeted at post-war reconstruction and the development of human capital in Ukraine. To initiate this process, the IEA researchers have prepared an extensive position paper providing a panoramic view of the challenges surrounding post-war reconstruction and the related needs of human capital development.
